A trusted and longstanding Private Banking client in Geneva is looking for a Private Banking Assistant to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity to utilise your private banking products knowledge whilst working with seasoned professionals and maintaining UHNW client contact. This position would involve a high level of client contact and your ability to build relationships effectively will be appreciated.
This is currently a temporary opportunity for 6 months, candidates should be available to start fairly quickly.
The position offers a broad scope of tasks related to:
- Support Senior Private Bankers by providing performance data, maintain client information
- Liaising with and assisting UHNW clients with their questions/requests
- Attend and participate in client meetings
- Collaborate with Client Services and compliance teams
- Contribute to account reviews and KYC
Your background:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Experience as an Private Banking Assistant /Junior RM/similar
- Knowledge of front office processes, banking products
- Professional fluency in English
- Strong communication skills and cultural awareness
- Analytical, independent and focussed approach to work
- Multi-tasking and ability to pivot priorities based on changing requirements
