We are currently working with an established client in Zurich, who is looking for an experienced Client Services and Marketing professional. You would be supporting Relationship Management and Sales teams.
Your tasks:
- handling client queries, regular communications and contracts
- creating performance reports
- working on marketing and sales projects
- organizing events, meetings and presentations
Your background:
- 2 years of experience in Client Services or Sales support in Banking
- good communication skills and ability to liaise with customers and internal stakeholders
- responsive and solution oriented attitude
- fluency in German and English
