Job Description:
Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Process Management Lead to join their team temporarily and oversee a critical phase of their digital transformation initiative. This role is ideal for a leader with a strong background in process management and architecture who can quickly adapt to existing frameworks, guide process consultants, and ensure the delivery of key process management deliverables. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a nearshore team and working closely with various stakeholders to ensure the successful mapping, review, and approval of key business processes during their SAP S/4 HANA deployment.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership:
- Manage and lead a team of 3 process consultants.
- Oversee the team's deliverables and ensure alignment with project goals.
Process Mapping & Review:
- Oversee the mapping, review, and approval of 18 end-to-end processes.
- Manage the mapping, review, and approval of interim processes needed for parallel operations.
- Ensure the accurate reflection of internal business roles in Adonis process maps.
- Update process maps to link relevant documentation (forms, work instructions, etc.) and ensure compliance with quality requirements.
- Drive the mapping, review, and approval of Hire to Departure processes, as well as non-core processes that are currently unmapped.
Process Management & Compliance:
- Own and manage roles authorization and segregation of duties activities.
- Onboard process owners to process mapping tools and support change management.
- Coordinate with the Quality team to ensure audit readiness and compliance of all processes.
- Maintain existing processes in the current application until the transition to the new application is complete.
Digital Transformation & Application Transition:
- Ensure the smooth transition of processes from the current management application to a new application, including sunsetting the existing tool.
- Develop and deliver training materials for the Adonis process management tool.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Complete process mapping for additional non-S/4 HANA projects.
- Define and approve a process updates approval process.
- Address any other process management-related tasks that arise during the assignment.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in team leadership with a focus on process management or process architecture.
- Strong background in process management lifecycle, including documentation, approval, and audit readiness.
- Familiarity with digital transformation projects, especially SAP S/4 HANA implementations, is highly desirable.
- Experience with process management tools like Adonis.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and deliver under tight deadlines.
