Swisslinx AG is working with an International engineering and construction company who are looking to add a Procurement Manager to their Zurich based office.
The purpose of this role is to support the expansion and to participate in the tendering process.
Responsibilities
- Source and procure goods within the infrastructure project
- Work with the costing team to maintain and develop cost database
- Develop budgets
- Develop the best sourcing and procurement approach
- Negotiate the best prices for products and services
- Prepare contracts and legal documents
- Arrange logistics including transportation and shipping
Qualifications
- 10+ years proven experience within procurement and supply chain management
- Expert in procurement lifecycle
- Awareness of construction technologies
