For one of our clients, a well-known telecommunications company with a European wide presence, Swisslinx is seeking a Site Manager Negotiator.
In this position you will be responsible for managing all cost related matters for existing and new leases as well as consolidating existing contracts in relation to functional infrastructures of poles and towers. Strong negotiation skills are a priority as you will be liaising directly with landlords and where possible renegotiating for the land on which a pole/tower is located.
In addition you will lead and coordinate the acquisition of new sites with suppliers as well as the contract and proposals coming from outsourced agencies. Close collaboration with the legal department will be part of your duties to reduce the number of litigations and upcoming regulations for sites acquisition.
The successful candidate will hold the following requirements:
-A legal, business or economic degree with relation to insurance or sales
-Previous sales experience and contract legal knowledge with an interest in landlord and lease market
-Fluency in German is a must. Any other European language would be a plus
-Team and project management experience is desired
