On behalf of our client, a major Swiss financial services institution, Swisslinx are looking for a Product Support Specialist for a contract position based in Zurich.

In this role you will be joining a team who are crucial for Relationship Managers, Compliacnce Functions and Business Operations. You will work closely to the customers on global user enquiries along the lifecycle for a variety of products. The aim of this role is to ensure positive user experience and increase of product acceptance.

Your responsibilities:
- Direct client interaction on user enquiries
- Plan and execute trainings and support business integration preparation and roll-out
- Incident alignment with all support functions
- Collaborate closely with product owners, project teams and development teams globally

Your skills/experience:
- Strong understanding of regulatory projects, business operation and compliance disciplines
- Experience in high pressure and complex projects in a delivery envrionment (Agile experience is a plus)
- Experience in dealing with high-profile clients over all hierarchical levels
- Fluency in English is a must, additionally strong German levels
