About the Role
Our international client in the agricultural industry, is looking for two Project Engineers to manage projects from the pre-project phase to final investment documentation. This role involves ensuring projects meet deadlines, budget requirements, and safety standards while providing technical leadership on-site.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage the project lifecycle from initial analysis to final investment documentation.
• Analyse project needs and priorities, and explore alternatives.
• Define project scope and assess risks, creating mitigation and contingency plans.
• Estimate project costs, timeframes, and required resources.
• Draft investment requests and manage project execution plans.
• Conduct process risk analyses and manage changes in line with project processes.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and ensure compliance with industry standards throughout project development and
execution.
• Lead the commissioning and start-up process to ensure client satisfaction.

Skills & Experience Required
• 5 to 10 years of experience in process industries.
• Knowledge of Swiss regulations (e.g., ATEX, PED) in process industries.
• Strong practical execution skills and close connection to the field.
• Proficient in office software and MS Project, with the ability to read technical plans.
• Diploma or equivalent in engineering, project management, or related fields. Experience in the processing industry is a
plus but not required.
• Fluent in French is essential; proficiency in English is also required.
