Swisslinx is supporting a dynamic and renowned international bank in securing an experience Project Manager/Business Analyst to contribute to strategic projects within the EMEA region. This temporary position for 6 months with the possibility of being extended.
Your mission
- Support the business change manager in tactical and strategic projects
- Coordinate data analytics to support tactical & strategic business initiatives, large scale change projects and risk management activities.
- Manage and support the execution of one or more business work streams
- Drive and lead business case & gap analysis across the business, controls, and front-to-back operating processes
- Document and capture the existing operating model and define the future state operating model
- Develop individual project artefacts as required, including project plans, business requirements document (BRD), business process flows, target operating model and user acceptance test scenarios
- Collaborate with the Programme Manager to execute implementation plan, focusing on business impact analysis, operational and system readiness, front office communication & training, and client communications
Your background
- Proven track record of project manager and business analysis within Banking
- Excellent MS Office skills, Excel and PowerPoint in particular
- Strong communication skills in English and comfortable coordinating and presenting to a wide array of stakeholders
- Team orientated, ability to meet deadlines, natural problem solver and analytical approach to work
- Already reside in Switzerland and available to start a new position at short notice
