Python Developer
This position is for a full-stack Python Engineer, who will work in the Risk Modelling space. Tasks will include the design, implementation and maintenance of applications, including the design of Python code for a Monte Carlo web application.
Additionally, the selected candidate will implement and maintain frontend and back end of this application as well as build and maintain the necessary cloud infrastructure.
This position is business facing and requires participation to IT specific meetings too.
This is a permanent position in Zurich.
The start date is as soon as possible, but it can be agreed with the client.
The work language is English.
For this challenging role, we are searching for a Python developer with several years’ experience in the development of complex, scalable web applications. Strong knowledge of Git, Salt (or Ansible), Python, Linux and Docker is essential. Knowledge of solutioning in Azure or AWS cloud is key. Experience with CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code is also very important for this position.
