Swisslinx is supporting a global Life Sciences company as they establish new operations in Switzerland. This is a unique opportunity for an experienced Quality Assurance professional with strong leadership experience who is excited to develop and implement quality assurance systems.
Your mission:
- Play a vital role in establishing and implements quality systems related to GMP, documentation, quality agreements, risk management, training, deviation handling and audit/inspections
- Utilize your wealth of experience within Quality Assurance in Pharma/Biotech and act as a trusted expert in this area
- Support the implementation of electronic quality assurance tools in some of the above areas
- Liaise with local authorities as well as vendors and suppliers
Your background:
• Relevant educational background in a Scientific topic
• 2-3 years of team management experience and several years of quality assurance experience within Pharma/Biotech
• Experience gained in pharmaceuticals manufacturing environment
• Strong regulatory (CFR, PiC/S, EudraLex, lCH, USP) and quality assurance systems knowledge
• Proven project and team management skills
• Open, clear and personable communication style, committed to building relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• High level of cultural awareness and adaptable working style
• Fluency in German and English
