For one of our trusted partners, a well-known telecommunications company with a European wide presence, Swisslinx is seeking a Real Estate Responsible.
Your responsibilities:
-In charge of telco site lease contract negotiations, liaising with authorities and property owners
-Managing and negotiation of site lease renewals and extensions across Switzerland
-Close collaboration with landlords and customers (third parties)
-Approval of lease terms and conditions as well as lease registrations
-Interaction with the legal department
The successful candidate will hold the following requirements:
-Training in Real Estate management and tenancy law
-Strong communication and negotiation skills
-Knowledge of Real Estate / contract management, preferably in the telecommunications domain is ideal
-Legal background is a plus
-Fluency in French, German and English is essential for this position. Spanish would be a nice to have
