On behalf of our client, a financial services company in Zurich, we are looking for a Receptionist to join them on a permanent basis, and who is comfortable liaising with high-profile customers.

Your daily tasks:
- greeting and welcoming guests and clients
- organizing the meeting rooms and assisting with events' preparation
- handling calls and correspondence
- ordering office supplies and ensuring its maintenance
- assisting with travel bookings

Your background:
- previous experience in a similar position
- fluent in English and German
- sound MS Office skills
- polished presentation and great communication skills
