On behalf of our client, a Commodity trading company in Zug, Swisslinx is looking for a Receptionist / Office Manager to join their team. This is a great opportunity to bring your proven knowledge and expertise to an organization that offers a dynamic working environment.

Your mission:
- Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
- Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
- Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures)
- Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
- Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries
- Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock

Your background:

- Proven work experience as a Receptionist or Office Manager
- Accuracy and attention to details
- Excellent written and verbal communication skill
- Solid multitasking and time-management skills
- Fluent in German and English
