Swisslinx is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist for one of our long-standing clients, an international bank with a base in Zurich to join a contract role until September 2019.
Your mission:
-You will be in charge of the full life cycle recruitment process from A to Z developing effective recruitment plans and strategies
-Maintain close collaboration with hiring managers in all recruitment related aspects ensuring alignment with the recruitment strategy
-You will be accountable for building up a pipeline of candidates in close collaboration with the sourcing team and other key internal stakeholders
-Participation in global and local recruiting projects
-Ensure adherence to policies and guidelines in all activities
Your background:
-You ideally hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Applied Sciences or equivalent education
-Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role with solid experience in full-cycle recruitment
-Ability to meet strict deadlines and work under pressure
-Ability to liaise professionally at all levels
-Fluency in both German and English
