In this dynamic and fast-paced position, you will be in charge of a team of Customer Service Representatives and will take the lead on all aspects of new spare parts sales. You will coordinate teamwork across various functions in order to support them with any operational issues relating to this business area.
In addition to this, you will be responsible for the annual budget for your region’s accounts, will update sales forecasts and will develop sales strategies for the EMEA region.
Working in a small team, but for a large conglomerate, you will display a strong sense of ethics and teamwork, collaborating with local and international stakeholders.
The successful candidate will hold the following requirements:
-7 to 10 years’ experience in the airline industry or similar
-Solid supervisory experience
-Knowledge of engine maintenance and overhaul procedures would be highly beneficial
-Proven experience working with customers and the ability to drive process improvement
-Ability to articulate in English, both verbally and in written form
