For one of our clients, an international company in the area of Life Sciences & Software/Digitalization, Swisslinx is seeking a Sales Development Specialist to join their dynamic and fast growing division in Zurich.
Job Title: Sales Development Specialist
Duration: Permanent
Your mission:
- Building pipeline for Account Executives
- Follow up and qualify inbound requests via the telephone and email
- Organize, categorize, and prioritize sales leads
- Develop customized pitches for different target accounts
- Work with Account Executives to drive outbound prospecting activities, including cold calling, emailing, and communicating
Your background:
- Bachelor’s degree in a life science discipline, required (e.g. molecular biology, biotechnology, biomedical engineering, biochemistry)
- 1-2 years of experience in a Sales Development Representative, Business Development Representative, or similar role
- Passionate about life sciences research
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Persistent, self-motivated, driven to meet/exceed goals
- Fluent in English and either German or French
