This start up is part of an organisation with well-established roots and a deep heritage in the Food and Drinks industry. They are looking for an experienced, commercially driven and results oriented sales executive / manager to support an aggressive growth plan and continued market penetration.
Key responsibilities include:
- Build and manage a solid customer portfolio
- Scout for new customers growing the customer portfolio
- Actively working together with customers in growing their market
- Manage distributor network: contract negotiation, volume expansion, budgeting, and relationship management
- Manage sales forecast and budgeting
Candidates MUST bring:
- Solid knowledge of fruit ingredient sales market (Juices / Concentrates)
- International experience in multinational company, preferably Food industries / specialty ingredients
- Senior experience in sales and key account management
- Senior experience in distributor management
- B2B market experience
- Growth oriented / active customer search
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
