On behalf a market leading company with a globally recognised brand, Swisslinx are looking for a Salesforce Product Owner to drive the next generation adoption of their cloud CRM as part of a cross functional team in St Gallen.
As a key member of a diverse and cross border you will develop a vision for scalable software sales processes within Salesforce Sales Cloud and implement together with your team.
As the successful hire you are a key contributor to the developer communities and will develop, administer, maintain, and continuously enhance the large-scale Salesforce implementation in a complex and modern IT landscape.
Your responsibilities will include the following:
• You own the vision and future roadmap of global processes to sell software products supported by Salesforce Sales Cloud.
• You own every outcome, decision, and activity related to your product.
• You will provide thought leadership in analyzing new business requirements, distilling them into actionable plans, crafting fit for purpose architecture designs and corresponding IT strategy & guidelines.
• You provide strategic advice for business processes and solutions and collaborate with business stakeholders to define and craft the requirements to integrate CRM processes into the Sales Cloud solution.
• You create user stories for requirements, write technical requirements, and continuously groom the existing backlog.
• You manage the product backlog and develop fitting solutions in an agile setup together with your product team of experienced solution architect, software engineers, and functional experts.
As the perfect candidate you will possess the following skills and experience:
• Master or PhD in Information Management, Computer Science, Business Informatics, or similar
• 2+ years of experience as a Product Owner in an international company
• Strong experience working in Agile projects utilizing agile delivery processes and tool chain
• Experience with CRM systems is required and experience in Salesforce Sales Cloud is an added advantage
• Good understanding of system integration technologies and/or software development
• Fluency in English
Please note interviews would be conducted via video call (with final round on site), however the role is based 100% in Switzerland. Our client offers:
