On behalf of your client, an internationally well-established private bank, Swisslinx is looking for a Scrum Master with experience as Business Analyst for a contract position in Zurich.
Your tasks:
1) Manage midsized to large Projects
a. PI planning, feature and story writing, establish project plans, work breakdown structures
b. Manage the plan against budget, resources and time
c. Manage projects in classical and/or agile ways (e.g. Scrum, SAFe, ideally with Scrum Master certifications)
2) Write stories and/or specifications, conduct also Business Analysis, when required
a. Challenge workpackages (e.g. estimations, feasibility, etc.)
b. Conduct Steering Committees, daily stand-ups, project meetings, system demos, etc.
c. Stakeholder management
Your Profile:
- Multiple years of experience in agile and classic Project Management
- Very good Business Analysis skills
- Certifications in PM (for example SAFe Certifications, IPMA C/B, PMI, PMP, IREB, etc.)
- Know how of asset classes, products of Markets (e.g. deep knowledge of Systems within a Markets environment and or product know how)
- A resilient, detail-oriented and empathic personality
- Strong English language skills
Preferably:
- Deeper knowledge of the trading / Markets environment of a private bank
- Banking and Markets related certificates
- German language skills
