Key Responsibilities:
• Leadership and Empowerment: Enable teams to self-organize and take ownership of
their processes, fostering an environment of growth and removing obstacles to optimize
performance.
• Agile Coaching and Facilitation: Guide teams transitioning to Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid
frameworks, embedding agile principles and promoting continuous improvement.
• Agile Ceremony Facilitation: Plan and lead essential agile ceremonies, including daily
standups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and service delivery reviews.
• Impediment Removal: Identify and help resolve blockers that impact team progress,
ensuring smooth workflow and enhanced productivity.
• Transparency and Communication: Foster open communication between teams and
stakeholders, utilizing agile tools and metrics to provide visibility into progress and
challenges.
Qualifications and Skills:
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master, leading agile transformations
within IT environments.
• In-depth knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Lean) and proficiency with
tools like Jira and Confluence.
• Strong communication and leadership skills, with a talent for facilitation and conflict
resolution.
• Demonstrated success in coaching teams through agile transitions and promoting
organizational change.
• Ability to challenge existing processes and drive innovation, utilizing agile metrics to
enhance delivery.
• Proficiency in English is required; German or French language skills are a plus.
