On behalf of our client, a successful scale up technology business, Swisslinx are looking for a Security Engineer to manage complex private and public facing systems in the cloud.
Within this team, success is built on process-oriented distributed technology, an focused vision and strategy, an international team of business and technology experts, a cross-industry customer base, and a strong external partner network.
This is a permanent opportunity in Baar, Switzerland.
Responsibilities will include:
-Lead the strategy to secure the applications we build for our customers
-Design and implement security tools that we can reuse in all our products
-Work with the devops team to secure all of our continuous integration and continuous deployment toolchain in the cloud
-Educate our product and software engineers as well as our customers to apply best practices for creating and managing secure software
The successful candidate will have:
-A degree in computer science or comparable
-A long-term interest in developing as a security expert
-A proven track-record of securing complex software systems
-Experience securing micro-service architectures
-Experience integrating cloud-based with on-premise-based systems
-Experience with conducting penetration testing with customer systems
-Ideally, experience with complex topics such as (or similar to) Oauth2 claims, party/user-based access, virtual private clouds
-Experience with the JVM stack, kotlin, and distributed ledger technology
Our client is able to carry out a fully remote recruitment process. Although they are looking for somebody to work full-time on site in Zug, due to Coronavirus restrictions they are happy to discuss starting the position on a remote basis until the situation improves.
