The responsibilities include:
-Responsible for all accounting operations, including billing, Accounts Receivable and Payable and General Ledger
-Preparation of financial status and transaction reports, maintaining accounting records up-to-date
-Maintaining and reconciling invoices and managing payments from different bank accounts
-Preparing financial analyses and reports
-Play a vital part in the firm’s financial management which includes all account reconciliations and reporting to necessary parties
-Accounting degree and a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role, preferably within Financial Services
-Thorough knowledge of IFRS, consolidation and joint venture accounting
-Strong knowledge of Swiss law, tax legislation and filing requirements
-Excellent command of both German and English. Arabic would be a plus
-Excellent skills in MS Office, especially Excel. Microsoft Navision is a plus
