On behalf of our client, a major Swiss financial services institution, Swisslinx are looking for a Senior Business Analyst for a long-term contracting opportunity based in Zurich. You will be joining an innovative project focused on the assessment of tax efficiency of financial instruments in accordance with national tax legislations.
Your responsibilities include:
- Analysis of internal technical/business infrastructure, in particular the structure of the central securities database
- Working closely with internal stakeholders in Business and IT to translate specifications
- Working closely with external international stakeholders, including tax experts from the Big4
- Performing reviews of the specifications with product management, project team and IT development
Your skills/experience:
- 7+ years in a Business Analyst position
- Strong knowledge of financial instruments such as equities, bonds, shares and structured products
- Knowledge on tax impact on securities
- Fluency in German and English is required
