About our client
For our client, one of the leading Pharmaceutical companies based in Basel, Swisslinx is seeking a highly motivated individual to take on a challenging role.
This is a great opportunity to bring your proven knowledge and expertise to an organization that offers a dynamic working environment.
Your mission:
- Responsible for the documentation management of outsourced and third party TMFs;
- Identify and create best practices, guidance documents, templates and SOPs;
- Improve documentation practices and endorse with the line functions ;
- Continuously identify bottlenecks and possible improvements regarding document management processes;
- Liaise with different internal stakeholders to assure efficiency and alignment.
The ideal candidate:
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare of similar;
- At least 5 years in clinical development;
- At least 3 years working experience with document management systems;
- Advanced knowledge of clinical documentation;
- Excellent communication and organization skills.
