On behalf of a global Investment Bank, Swisslinx is looking for a Senior Compliance Officer to join their Asset Management team on a permanent basis.
Your Mission:
- Provide daily advice and support to the Banks institutional asset management business on compliance and regulatory topics
- Update and Develop in-house policies and procedures to ensure that the business is operating within the legal frameworks at all times
- Monitor and analyze relevant regulatory developments and prepare adequate implementation concepts
- Liaise with internal departments and regulative authorities on a weekly basis, while training employees on compliance topics
- Cross border distribution assessments and review of promotional material rearding collective investment schemes and structured products
Your Background:
- Relevant Masters Degree in Law or Economics
- At least 3-5 years of experience in compliance within Asset Management
- Solid know-how of asset management, fund and banking regulations such as UCITS, AIFMD, FIDLEG, MiFID and FATCA
- Great interpersonal skills, self-starter, attention to details and comfortable working with tight deadlines
- Fluent English is a must, German an advantage
