A global bank located in Zürich is looking for a skilled and motivated Senior Compliance Officer to join on a temporary opportunity lasting 6 months.
Your Responsibilities:
-Performance of control activities in regards to AML and Terrorism Financing
-Carry out additional clarifications and investigations on suspicious payments or patterns
-Keep framework of internal policies and procedures up to date
-Provide advice on Compliance topics and ad-hoc request and queries from different teams and senior management
-Constantly developing and improving own knowledge
-Collaboration in multiple projects across the team
Your background:
-Relevant education within Banking / Finance or a completed bank apprenticeship with further studies
-Minimum of 8 years’ experience in Compliance within Financial Services, ideally in the life insurance industry
-Team management skills
-Solid analytical skills paired with excellent communication skills and highly organized
-Fluent English and German is a must. Italian and French an advantage
-Already reside in Switzerland
