Swisslinx are currently working with an International Operating Company that are seeking a Senior Exploration Geologist to join their Regional HQ team in the UAE.
Responsibilities:
- Liaison with geophysicists, petrophysicists and reservoir engineers.
- Prospect maturation.
- Screening of possible farm-in opportunities.
- Supporting regional Exploration Business Plans.
- Providing technical leadership to the exploration team.
- Deputizing the Exploration Manager whilst they are out of country.
- Mentoring of junior staff.
Desired Experience & Qualifications:
- 15+ years industry experience.
- 10+ years spent with an IOC or NOC.
- Experience in Middle East or African environments.
- Experience in Petrel, Paradigm and Landmark softwares.
