For our client, a global leader in healthcare, we are looking for an experienced Project Manager for an SAP transformation project. You will bring strong expertise in managing senior stakeholders, external vendors, internal teams with proven capabilities of delivering project objectives in an ambiguous environment.
Tasks & Responsibilities:
• Define, plan and lead the execution of a wide range of project workflows and tasks while balancing the competing demands of scope, time, cost, quality, resources and risk to define the requirements for a high quality IT solution for the process digitization of site logistics, ensure user acceptance testing by the business and successfully roll out the IT solution to the business.
• Identify, acquire, and lead multifunctional, project teams
• Ensure project objectives/requirements are clear and agreed to by all stakeholders
• Manage relationships with various IT and business stakeholders to achieve project objectives
• Ensure successful and timely completion of deliverables
• Plan, baseline and control costs to ensure projects are completed within approved budget.
• Monitor, document and gain approval for changes to schedule, cost or project scope
• Identify and apply systematic quality activities to ensure that project employ all processes needed to meet Computer System Validation directives
• Conduct risk and issue management planning, identification, analysis and monitoring on projects.
Must Haves:
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering or equivalent professional experience
• Experience in dealing with management issues at group level (scope, time, cost, quality, risk, team)
• Previous experience in leading implementations of SAP systems
• Previous experience in implementing IT projects across a variety of platforms
• Experience in project organization and resource mobilization, and management of stakeholders
• Experience in virtual, cross functional project team management
• Proven Organizational Change Management experience
• Strong understanding of project management methodology (including waterfall and agile)
• Strong understanding of Computer System Validation (CSV) concepts
• Experience in leading virtual and off-shore teams
• Fluent in German and English
