Senior PMO
On behalf of our client, a multinational bank, Swisslinx are looking for a highly motivated Program Management Officer to support IT and Business stream leads on a large scale bank digitalization.
Responsibilities include:
-Ensuring deliverables are in accordance with program plan
-Prepare and deliver presentations to senior stakeholders
-Quality assurance regarding the coordination of the product
-Coordinate financial controlling of the work stream
-Supporting and advising leaders
-Manage program risk
-Organize and define planning and roadmaps
The ideal candidate will have:
-Extensive PMO experience (5+ years) within Wealth Management
-Strong background of supporting bank digitalization programs
-A consulting mindset and background
-Previous experience liaising with and coordinating regional teams including scrum masters, product teams, developers, or architects
-Agile methodology experience and approach
-Excellent communication and organizational skills
-Strong problem solving and conflict resolution skills
-Fluency in English and German
