Swisslinx is looking for a proactive and communicative Senior Project Coordinator who brings experience with IAM and IT security implementations for a contract role based near Basel running through October 2020 with one of our pharmaceutical clients.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Providing program/project management support and keeping records of all information for documentation
- Supporting the OCM stream
- KPI, progress tracking and reporting
- Supporting meetings, workshops and other events
- Collaborating with the support roles of the external implementation partner
- Creating financial reports
Your background:
- University Degree or equivalent education
- Experience in comparable implementation projects and in providing administrative support for global projects.
- Agile project management experience
- Experience with working with global teams
- Knowledge and experience with Google Suite, Google Mail and Google Calendar
- Prior pharmaceutical experience is advantageous
- Fluent in English
