Role Overview:
In the role of Senior Software Engineer, you'll be a pivotal element within our client’s developer communities. Your main duties will involve developing, administering, maintaining, and progressively enhancing a large-scale Salesforce implementation that serves over 20,000 users across 60+ countries. This role demands deep involvement with integration issues, working closely with entities like the AWS Cloud integration team, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, SAP S/4 HANA, and various other platforms within the IT landscape.
You will have full ownership over the entire process and technology stack, starting from pipeline and toolchain definition to the execution of build plans, workflows, and the configuration of permissions on the repositories. Your role will also extend to implementing and supporting Global IT solutions using emerging techniques and technologies, focusing on user centricity, responsive design, mobile-first approach, and cloud/on-premise solutions. Additionally, you will be instrumental in aiding the development of POCs to pilot markets to ascertain feasibility and business influence.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields.
• Significant hands-on experience in software development and maintenance, especially in scripting languages (Bash, Python, JavaScript), and source versioning systems (GIT, Feature Branches).
• Solid knowledge of Salesforce technologies (Apex, Lightning Web Component, Triggers, Data Loader, Flow, Salesforce DX CLI). Experience with Atlassian products, Gitlab, and SAP S/4 HANA will be considered a plus.
• A thorough understanding of software & cloud architecture and integrations across different IT stacks; experience with Agile methodologies.
• CI/CD expertise, with the skill to pinpoint and rectify process inefficiencies.
• Strong conceptual and analytical abilities, coupled with a knack for quickly understanding new technical concepts.
• Fluency in English, with robust communication skills and the ability to engage stakeholders effectively.
