For our client, one of the leading Healthcare & Life Sciences companies based in the Bern area, Swisslinx is seeking a highly motivated individual to take on a challenging role as a (Senior) Scientist - Process Development.
Duration: 12 month contract (possibility for extension)
(Senior) Scientist - Process Development
Your Mission:
- Designing, planning and conducting of laboratory experiments in the context of process developments and improvements for manufacturing processes applying the principles of Quality by Design
- Development of scale-up & scale-down models
- Assisting in the process transfer from R&D to Pilot Plant and production scale facilities
- Perform statistical data analysis and write study reports
- Support the compilation of technical documents for regulatory and partnering activities
- Collaboration with different sites and external partners for continuous process improvements and technologies
Your Profile:
- MSc or PhD in Life Sciences
- Proven technical and scientific writing skills
- Scientific knowledge of process development, protein chemistry and protein purification
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
