On behalf of our client, a global biopharmaceutical company looking to improve the lives of patients worldwide, Swisslinx are looking for a Talent Acquisition Consultant to be based in Zug, Switzerland to take over a high volume of recruitment processes.

This role will involve:
• Utilize innovative sourcing techniques and leverages technology to find active and passive candidates, cold calling, and establishing a network of talent and resources
• Develop sourcing plans to fill open positions and strategies to create a consistent source of “warm” candidates for certain positions
• Managing applicant flow process. Coordinate interviews with scheduler(s) and hiring manager to facilitate onsite interviews and appropriate follow-up
• Interview and facilitate/participate in selection decision process. Lead the debrief process
• Coordinate with compensation colleagues and hiring managers and to make recommendations on job offers, get necessary approvals, and facilitate making the offer to candidates
• Ensure recruitment efforts are conducted in a manner that is unbiased and compliant with all applicants tracking, interviewing and hiring best practices, policies and laws
• May assist in the compilation and/or preparation of reports, statistics, graphs and/or files for the Human Resource function
• Lead special recruiting-related projects and contribute to continuous improvement of the recruiting infrastructure
• Work with recruitment agencies and other third party vendors as needed
• Providing training and coaching on recruiting and selection process

The successful candidate will have:
• At least 5 years’ experience as a full-life-cycle recruiter in an international environment, with a mix of agency and in-house experience
• Knowledge of recruiting techniques, sources, and the ability to research new recruiting sources
• Experience partnering with hiring managers, interviewers and team members throughout the hiring process, including ability to interface with senior hiring leaders
• Sound sourcing approach with ability to dive deep into searches for hard-to-fill requirements
• Sharp interview skills with ability to screen and assess talent for both technical and soft-skill qualities
• Experience negotiating job offers with candidates
• Basic knowledge of compensation concepts, benefits, equity compensation, and relocation benefits required
• Must be able to multitask and bring tasks through to completion with minimal supervision
• Must be able to negotiate effectively. Strong influencing and communication skills required
• Knowledge of applicable employment laws and practices
• Must be able to work in a team environment, with a sense of urgency and the ability to prioritize
• Strong project and process management skills
• Experience with applicant tracking systems, job boards, social media sites, etc.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Written and verbal fluency in English and German
• 20% travel
