For an innovative and evolving Blockchain company, Swisslinx are looking for a Site Reliability Engineer. You will be have experience with DevOps and Linux, and be working with cutting edge technologies in a creative and dynamic start-up. Task and Responsibilities:
-Taking ownership of infrastructure as code components, and adapting to the evolution of requirements
-Assisting teams to make platform components structure ready
-Definition of automated tools to help products to be adapted to end-user requirements, including CI/CD Pipelines
-Improving observability of system and feedback loops for information of problems before they occur
-Participation in on-call work
-Post-mortem analysis, failure resolution and prevention through automation
-Designing disaster recover mechanisms
Background and Experience:
- Solid background in software development
-Strong Linux experience
-Experience of Github and Docker
-Experience with designing and maintaining performant and observable systems
-On call experience
-Experience working with cloud native technologies
-Experience or willing to learn kubernetes, helm, Prometheus
-Experience with providers such as Google Cloud, Digital Ocean and Azure.
-Continuous delivery experience is advantageous
-Experience or interest in decentralized technologies such as Blockchain
-Experience with Prometheus, alertmanager and grafana is advantageous
-Experience with Terraform is advantageous
