System Administrator of Service Management Tools
About our client
On behalf of our client, one of Switzerland’s leading banking institutions, Swisslinx is currently looking for an experienced System Administrator with knowledge and experience of Service management tools (e.g. JIRA Service Desk, Zendesk, Freshservice, Samanage, etc.).
This is a contracting role lasting through June 2020 at an 80% work rate and is based in Zurich.
Your tasks and mission
-Planning and carrying out releases
-Ensuring that configuration items are current
-Ensuring that Service Manager, Asset Manager, and Configuration Manager standards are being met
-Supporting clients and end users
-You are an experienced System Administrator (ideally, 5+ years) with knowledge of different system management tools (e.g. JIRA Service Desk, Zendesk, Freshservice, Samanage, etc.).
-You have ITIL v3 knowledge (certification would be a plus)
-SQL, Oracle DB, and REST API knowledge is a plus
-You have exceptional interpersonal skills and are proactive and highly motivated
-You communicate at an advanced level (reading/writing) in English and German
