On behalf of our client in the Industry field, Swisslinx is looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager in Zurich area. This is a great opportunity to bring your proven knowledge and expertise to an organization that offers a dynamic working environment. It is a contract position for at least 6-8 months.

Your responsibilities:
- Lead the recruitment process and play a strategic role in the growth of the firm
- Assist various business units and establish appropriate human capital requirements
- Develop and maintain efficient relationships with hiring managers in order to build pipelines for business critical roles
- Provide subject matter expertise and continuous improvement in all talent acquisition processes
- Responsible for training of TA Managers and other ad-hoc activities as reasonably required by business needs

Your background:

- Minimum of 8 years’ experience as TA Manager or similar HR role
- Demonstration of a strong track record in providing pipeline building and selection of talent in an international organization
- In-depth knowledge of full-cycle recruiting and employer branding techniques
- Hands on experience and excellent problem-solving skills
- Able to travel
- Great interpersonal and English communication skills
