This role is for a high-level and polished professional, with an excellent background in international companies.
Your role will include, but not be limited to:
• Full recruitment process, including screening, interviewing, offering
• Managing full on-boarding of new employees
• Managing all exit employees
• Provide training, as well as liaising with external training providers
• Managing HR administrative tasks (ex. NOC letters, salary certificates, etc.)
To be considered for this role, you should have:
• 5+ years experience in recruitment
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English
• Experienced with luxury or hospitality industries is a plus
• Based in Dubai
