For a renowned bank in Zurich, we are looking for a dynamic Junior Project Manager or PMO to join on a temporary basis. To be successful in this role you will need excellent communication skills in order to manage multiple stakeholders across different regions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Preparation of presentations, reports and official communication for various committees and senior team members
- Provide weekly status to the wider team, prepare implementation meetings and steering committees
- Interaction with different business and stakeholders across various regions and divisions
- Manage and provide support in questions or queries coming from employees with regards the on-going project and its implementation
- Keep governance up to date

Essential skills required:
- Relevant working experience in assisting and supporting large and global initiatives
- 3 years of experience of PMO administration
- Fluency in English. German is a plus
- Outstanding written skills in order to create presentations in a clear and concise way
