On behalf of our client, a successful scale up technology business, Swisslinx are looking for a Technical Business Analyst to challenge and define new business initiatives relating to new product modelling.
Within this team, success is built on process-oriented distributed technology, an focused vision and strategy, an international team of business and technology experts, a cross-industry customer base, and a strong external partner network.
This is a permanent opportunity in Baar, Switzerland.
Responsibilities will include:
-Challenge existing business processes and jointly design new processes with our clients
-Contribute to shape innovative client solutions and the future of our products, by defining their architecture and features.
-Gather, elicit, model and document business requirements
-Implement and verify business logic with our domain specific language
-Manage client priorities and steer product development
-Closely interact with IT experts and business representatives
-Feed requirements back into the development of our core platform
The successful candidate will have:
-A university degree or equivalent in Sciences, Business Administration or related fields
-An extensive Technical Business Analyst background
-Proven experience contributing to complex modelling within IT or finance related initiatives
-Working experience with at least one programming language (experience in professional software development is highly beneficial)
-Motivation to leverage the technology to model and implement business logic with unprecedented speed
-Affinity with smart contracts would be highly beneficial
-Appetite to work in a team
-A passion for blockchain topics
Our client is able to carry out a fully remote recruitment process. Although they are looking for somebody to work full-time on site in Zug, due to Coronavirus restrictions they are happy to discuss starting the position on a remote basis until the situation improves.
