As the premier supplier to our international banking client in Basel, Swisslinx are looking for an experienced Technical Product Manager.

This is an initial contract running for 12 months with option to extend on a long term basis based on the project road maps, with start date asap.

Through this position you will help manage, support, and enhance a diverse set of applications, both on-premises and in the cloud.


Responsibilities will include:

• Corporate Applications Management:

- Oversee software products in the Corporate Applications portfolio, acting as the main contact for internal customers and managing vendor relationships.
- Coordinate with vendors on product roadmaps, upgrades, and vision.
- Handle licensing, budget, and ensure timely technical support.

• Vendor & Customer Relations:

- Maintain strong vendor relationships.
- Serve as the primary contact for internal customer support and enhancement requests.
- Provide or escalate technical support as needed.

• Project & Cost Management::

- Lead user meetings, prioritize features, and manage product upgrades.
- Conduct feasibility studies for major changes.
- Document processes and manage software costs.

• Compliance & Reporting:

- Follow IT and Bank policies.
- Keep the line manager updated on progress and issues.


Must-Have skills:
• Experience with Product Management
• Experienced with Vendor Management in the technical area
• Technical support experience (hands-on experience is software application support, dealing with escalations, configurations, prepare documentation, troubleshooting)
• Experienced to act as a single point of contact for internal customers



Please note, interviews would be conducted via video call, however the role is based 100% in Switzerland.
