On behalf of a prominent and international financial advisor located in Zürich, Swisslinx is looking for experienced and committed Trust Administrator to join their team.
As a successful candidate you contribute to the following tasks:
- Building and retaining a close relationship with advisors, clients, distributors, agents and business partners
- Administrative support of fiduciary structures including accounting, reviewing databases and document maintenance
- Opening new accounts and assisting with annual reviews of trusts
- Active collaboration and support across different departments, including CRM’s, Compliance Officers and junior team members
Your Background;
- Relevant educational background or training in Fiduciary, Banking or Law
- STEP qualification or in the process of obtaining membership
- Minimum 2 years of trust or corporate administration experience
- Excellent MS Office skills and strong organizational skills
- Fluency in English is a must, French and Russian an advantage
