On behalf of our client, a global leader in life sciences, Swisslinx is looking for a communicative and professional VIP IT Supporter for a permanent position in Basel. You will be responsible for the delivery of support to the members of the Executive Committee and the Board of Directors. Your responsibilities:
- Provide assistance and support for local IT related projects by helping with coordination whilst ensuring requirements are maintained.
- Manage all VIP support activities end-to-end
- Ensure VIP IT support by providing fast assistance and incident resolutions, as well as requests handling in collaboration with other service teams.
Your profile:
- Proven experience in IT and VIP support in Microsoft environments with end user support
- Experience with tablets and mobile devices
- Experience driving operational excellence for VIP IT activities in collaboration with internal and external partners
- Fluency in English and conversational German
