- Provide assistance and support for local IT related projects by helping with coordination whilst ensuring requirements are maintained.
- Manage all VIP support activities end-to-end
- Ensure VIP IT support by providing fast assistance and incident resolutions, as well as requests handling in collaboration with other service teams.
- Proven experience in IT and VIP support in Microsoft environments with end user support
- Experience with tablets and mobile devices
- Experience driving operational excellence for VIP IT activities in collaboration with internal and external partners
- Fluency in English and conversational German
