On behalf of our client, an established Asset Management firm, Swisslinx Middle East is looking for a VP Private Equity - Real Estate to be based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
- Identification of potential Real Estate investments through own network
- Lead investment execution: including screening, analysis, negotiation, modeling, due diligence, and deal structuring
- Manage the preparation of the Real Estate Funds and transactions legal documentation
- Supervise the preparation of Investment Memorandum and presentations
- Work with brokers / business network to prepare and execute exit transactions
- Manage workflow with external and internal parties
- Generate reports for Real Estate Funds stakeholders
- Provide support to the Chief Investment Officer and other members of the Real Estate Department
- Manage and train junior members
You bring:
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience, with at least 4 years in Private Equity or Direct Investment
- Proven experience with managing Private Equity Real Estate funds
- Fluency in both English and Arabic
