On behalf of our client, a leading Swiss bank, Swisslinx are recruiting a Workday Reporting Specialist to design, develop, and deliver reports, dashboards, scorecards and KPIs.
This opportunity will be a 12 month initial contract in Zurich.

This role will involve:
• Analyze, design, develop and deliver Workday HCM reports, dashboards, scorecards, KPIs and key metrics in all topics along the HR lifecycle
• Define, implement and maintain calculated fields
• Work closely with internal customers to gather requirements and define reporting and analytics solutions
• Define and implement governance and documentation framework for Workday reports and calculated fields
• Bring Workday HR Reporting & Analytics capabilities with innovative solutions and automation to the next level
• Continuously follow Workday community and learn about updates and new releases
• Share knowledge within the team and train internal consumers in the context of Workday reporting and analytics

The successful candidate will have:
• Good knowledge of Workday HCM
• Advanced Workday Report Writer knowledge and experience
• Experienced with all Workday report types (Advanced, Composite, Matrix, nBox, Search, Transposed, Trending) and functionalities offered
• Experienced with advanced Workday reporting capabilities such as Dashboards and Prism Analytics
• Excellent organization and communication skills
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Customer/client focused
• Fast thinker with can-do attitude
• German language skills would be a distinct advantage
