About the client

On behalf of our client, a leading company in the banking and payments industry, we are seeking a Marketing Campaign Specialist to take charge of B2B and B2C campaigns. This is a hands-on role for someone who’s organized, commercially savvy, and ready to make an impact from day one.

Job description

  • Drive integrated B2B and B2C initiatives end-to-end, from initial concept through launch and optimization.
  • Partner closely with Product, IT, Sales, and external agencies to coordinate efforts and ensure seamless execution.
  • Develop and steer compelling, audience-focused content across relevant channels in line with campaign objectives.
  • Set performance targets, track results consistently, and optimize activities based on data-driven insights and ROI analysis.
  • Plan and facilitate webinars while presenting campaign strategies and results in a clear and engaging manner.
  • Lead the creation of digital advertising, website copy, and supporting marketing collateral to ensure cohesive communication.
  • Oversee and expand organic and paid social media efforts, continuously improving reach, engagement, and conversion performance.

Requirements

  • A degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Hands-on experience managing marketing campaigns; background in financial services, payments, fintech, or an agency setting is a strong advantage.
  • A solid grasp of the full campaign lifecycle and how different marketing channels work together.
  • Comfortable working with data, drawing insights from performance metrics, and turning them into practical improvements.
  • Native-level German and fluent English, with the ability to write clearly and communicate ideas.
