This privacy policy details the personal data we process if you visit the Swisslinx website and use our services or contact us via email or use any other online services. We gather and process your personal data carefully and exclusively for the purposes described in this privacy policy and only to the extent necessary within the framework of applicable legal provisions. We store your personal data exclusively for the duration necessary to provide our services, or as required by law. This policy includes a description of your rights in accordance with the Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) as well as GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) where applicable.

Swisslinx is an international recruitment consultancy specialised in executive, technology and finance recruitment, as well as in IT Consulting, working with our Clients to attain their business objectives, and our Candidates to further their careers. We source and place skilled professionals at all levels across abroad spectrum of strategic sectors. For this purpose, Swisslinx maintains a database of Candidates and Clients potentially interested in benefitting from our services. Swisslinx stores personal information and potentially supplies this information to third parties, upon express consent, for the purpose of these recruitment and consulting services.

We do not store any personal information when you visit our website. When you choose to provide information by registering on the Swisslinx website, your CV and other personal details such as location data, IP addresses, type of browser, date and time of access may be stored on our internal IT systems. When you complete forms on the Swisslinx website or if you communicate with Swisslinx via mail, email or phone, we collect your personal data which is stored on our internal and external systems, this personal data includes but is not limited to name, surname, date of birth, address, email address, telephone number and all information which you provide via the online forms or other means of communication.

Purpose and legal basis

Your personal data is processed for the purpose of the provision of services, the improvement of our services, as well as to verify access and manage your user account in accordance with (EU GDPR Art. 6 (1)(b) and EU GDPR Article 6 (1)(f).

All personal data collected and processed by Swisslinx will be stored as per contractual or legal retention periods. Consent that has been given can be revoked at any time but has no effect on any data processing that has already been carried out.
