The Swisslinx Cybersecurity Forum is an invitation-only evening event held on 17 September 2026 at the Swisslinx offices in Zurich.
It opens with a moderated panel of senior cybersecurity practitioners discussing the topics shaping the field in Switzerland, followed by an apéro for networking.

The agenda follows the issues that matter most to cybersecurity professionals in Switzerland right now. Confirmed themes include:

Talent and skills, and what it takes to build and keep a strong security team in Switzerland

Why attend
Cybersecurity is not only a technology problem. It is a people problem. The strongest teams are defined as much by judgement, trust, and decision making as by tooling, and those are the themes this forum puts on the table.
This is a peer conversation, not a sales pitch. The panel is moderated and candid, the room is deliberately small, and the apéro afterwards is where much of the value happens.
Swisslinx has specialised in technology hiring in Switzerland since 1999, which is more than 26 years placing engineers, architects, specialists, and security and technology leaders. We host this forum to bring that community together and to keep learning what matters most to the people in it.

Our panel brings together senior voices in Swiss cybersecurity. More speakers to be announced.
Mehdi Saadallah, Head of Cybersecurity for Switzerland, Atos
Mehdi leads the cybersecurity practice for Atos in Switzerland. Alongside the role, he is completing a doctorate at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam on how automation is reshaping the security operations centre. Not the tooling, the people. His research looks at what happens to decision making, professional identity, and trust when machines start making the first call. It is a fitting starting point for a forum about the human side of security.
