Senior DevOps Engineer Container Technologies

As the premier supplier to our client, a leading Swiss IT Service company in Switzerland. Swisslinx is looking for a highly motivated individual to take on a challenging role as a Senior DevOps Engineer Container Technologies.

Our client is looking for a candidate to join a small team. For this role the focus would be container environments and help customers automate their application deployments using CI/CD pipeline.

• You will be jointly responsible for the development of new products as well as the design, construction and operation of IT infrastructures using container technologies, primarily on Microsoft Azure but also in our own data centers with Red Hat OpenShift
• Development and implementation of CI/CD pipelines to automate application deployments will shape your everyday life
• You advise, accompany and support our customers in the transition of their monolithic applications to microservices
• Ensuring the availability, stability, security and performance of the container infrastructures is your responsibility together with the team

• You have a specialist IT qualification with several years of professional experience
• You can demonstrate several years of experience in the field of container technologies
• You bring a wealth of experience in container technologies such as OpenShift and ideally Azure Kubernetes Services or other Kubernetes distributions
• You are very familiar with CI/CD pipelines, ArgoCD, Terraform, etc.
• You see yourself as a team and customer-oriented personality with a high degree of independence and assertiveness
• You have very good German and English skills
