Job description
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to translate complex business and customer needs into clear, effective technical solutions.
- Design and develop high-quality software solutions that meet regulatory requirements and key system quality attributes such as scalability, performance, and maintainability.
- Promote and enforce best practices in software development, including code reviews, testing, and continuous integration, to ensure technical excellence and continuous improvement.
- Act as a mentor and technical role model, fostering collaboration and supporting the team’s growth and success.
Requirements
- Strong React expertise + embedded UI experience with Rust or C++
- Background in software engineering (regulated environments a plus)
- Bonus: Electron or Tauri
- Analytical problem-solver with a hands-on Tech Lead mindset
- Strong communicator who empowers teams and fosters ownership
