We are looking for a Strategic Marketing Manager to support the growth of our integrated biologics portfolio. The role focuses on executing targeted marketing initiatives, creating strong content, and enabling global commercial teams. You will work closely with cross-functional partners to drive awareness, engagement, and demand for advanced biologics solutions
Job description
- Execute go-to-market and tactical marketing plans
- Create targeted omnichannel campaigns to raise awareness and generate demand
- Develop impactful marketing content, narratives, and value propositions
- Support sales with presentations, tools, and training materials
- Coordinate content development for website updates and on-site initiatives
- Collaborate with global teams to ensure smooth campaign execution
Requirements
- Excellent writing skills and strong ability to create clear, engaging content
- Solid project management background
- Able to run several complex initiatives at the same time with high autonomy
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving, changing environment
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office and confidence in using AI tools
- Fluent English, especially in written communication
- Plus: Master’s in Marketing or Life Sciences
- Plus: 5–10 years of marketing experience in regulated industries, ideally CDMO
